摘　　要：随着价值这一哲学范畴向思想政治教育学科的引入,学界对思想政治教育的研究逐渐呈现出一种"价值化"的趋向。思想政治教育个体价值是思想政治教育价值的重要组成部分,个体价值的有效实现有助于集体价值和社会价值的有效实现。思想政治教育个体价值实现的有效性不仅包括其结果的有效性,还包括其过程中各环节和要素的有效性。全面把握思想政治教育个体价值实现的有效性,有助于思想政治教育整体价值的有效实现,有助于更好地满足人们精神方面的需求,并提高需求满足的程度。With the introduction of value of philosophical category to ideological and political education ,on which the academic research is gradually showing a trend of ＂value＂. While the individual value of ideological and political education is an important part of the value of ideological and political education, the effectiveness of realizing it is conductive to the effective realization of collective value and social value. The effectiveness of realizing the individual value of ideological and political education, not only contains the validity of its results, but also includes the effectiveness of various aspects and elements in its process. Wholly grasping the effectiveness of individual value of ideological and political education is conductive to the effective realization of the overall value, and will contribute to better meet the needs of people~ spiritual aspects, and will increase the degree of meeting the demand.
