大学生“村官”任职现状与思考

摘　　要：大学生应聘村官主要迫于就业压力,多数在基层担任村支书、主任助理、书记助理等助理性职位,对加快新农村建设具有积极作用,但存在"留得住"的少、角色定位模糊、经验能力欠缺、发展前途困惑等问题。建议在校大学生要做好职业发展规划,热爱农村建设;大学生村官要安心、有信心,尽一切努力干好;大学生村官要有严格的准入制度和良好的保障制度,根据农村实际需要对大学生村官培训,搭建大学生村官创业与交流平台。College students chose to be village officials mainly because of employment pressure.Most of them took a position as an assistant for village secretary or director in the grass root,and they had a good effect on speeding new country building.However,there were also some problems： few stay long,roles are obscure,experience and ability are insufficient,and their future is blurred.It is suggested that students at college should make good plans for their future careers and love the building of the new country.College graduates working as village officials should keep their mind on their work,have confidence and try their best to serve the country.There should be strict entering systems and perfect ensuring systems.Related departments should provide training according to the real needs of the country and build entrepreneurship and communication stages for those village officials.
