九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物清除自由基、镇痛抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物的清除自由基及镇痛抗炎作用。[方法]建立体外氧自由基(O2-.)和羟自由基(.OH)发生体系,检测九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物对O2-.和.OH的清除和抑制作用;采用热板法、扭体法和二甲苯致小鼠耳廊肿胀法,研究九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物的镇痛抗炎作用。[结果]与空白对照组相比,九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物的低、中、高浓度(终浓度分别为5、10、20 mg/ml)均能清除O2-.和.OH、抑制O2-.的生成(P<0.05),并随着浓度的增加,作用增强;同时,其能明显增强小鼠的痛阈值,具有镇痛作用,并且能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05)。[结论]九龙藤乙酸乙酯提取物有良好的清除自由基和镇痛抗炎作用。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the effects of the ethyl acetate extract from Stem of Champion Bauhinia on scavenging free radicals, analgesia and anti - inflammatory. [ Method] To investigate the cleaning and depressant effects of the ethyl acetate extract on free radicals by using the system of proceeding oxyradical （ O（^-2）· ） and hydroxy radical （ ·OH） in vitro. The analgesic effect and anti - inflammatory action were observed by using the mice writhing test, the hot -plate test and the model of mice ear swelling caused by xylol. [ Result] Compared with the control group, the ethyl acetate extract from Stem of Champion Bauhinia at low, middle and high concentrations （ final concentrations were 5, 10, 20 mg/ml respectively） could scavenge O（^-2） and ·OH in a concentration -dependent manner （P 〈0.05）. Meanwhile, it increased the pain threshold of mice and decreased the ear swelling caused by xylo significantly. [ Conclusion] The ethyl acetate extract has good effects on scavenging free radicals, analgesia and anti - inflammatory.
