摘 要:[目的]优选超声波法提取千斤拔中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。[方法]以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定超声波辅助提取千斤拔总黄酮的工艺条件。[结果]最佳的超声提取条件为乙醇浓度为80%,提取时间为25 min,料液比为1∶20(g/ml),提取次数为2次;在此条件下,千斤拔总黄酮的得率为3.00%。[结论]确定了超声波辅助提取千斤拔总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,为千斤拔资源的合理开发利用提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the optimum extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis with ultrasonic wave method. [ Methods ] With the extraction rate of flavonoids as the evaluation index, the extraction process was optimized with single factor and orthogonal test. [ Results ] The optimum extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis with ultrasonic wave method was as follows: ethanol concentration of 80%, ultrasonic time of 25 min, solid -liquid ratio of 1:20( g/ml), extraction times for 2 times. Under the condition, the yield of general fiavone from Radix Flemingia Philippinensis was 3.00%. [ Conclusion] The optimum ultrasonic wave extraction process of general flavone from Radix Flemingia Philippirvensis was obtained, which would provide theoretical basis for the develooment and utilization of Radix Flemingia Philippinensis.
