摘　　要：以抚顺大酒店为例,介绍这一宝贵建筑遗产的变迁及拆除,并通过国内外关于建筑遗产保护措施及相关政策的对比,提出我国在建筑遗产保护政策方面的差距和不足。With Fushun Hotel as example, the changes and backout of this precious architectural heritage were introduced. Through the comparison about protective measures and related policies of architectural heritage at home and abroad, the disparities and defects of China in these aspects were put forward.
