基于开放空间保护的小城镇总体规划探究——以荣成市成山镇为例

摘　　要：开放空间易被建设用地侵蚀,保护非常重要。在明确开放空间含义的基础上,指出小城镇开放空间保护面临的主要问题,包括用地破碎度高,产业层次低级化,生态环境敏感度高以及保护与发展的对立度高4方面;继而提出土地集约化、空间管制、区域风景、城乡一体化的小城镇开放空间保护策略。以荣成市成山镇为例,进行开放空间保护的城镇总体规划实证研究,旨在使开放空间的保护得到良好的规划支撑。It is very important to protect open space, because it is susceptible to be occupied by construction land. The paper stated the meaning of open space, then pointed out the major problem faced in the process of the small town open space protection, including high land fragmentation, the low level of industry, the high sensitivity of ecolagicai, environment, ,and sevre conflict between protection and develop- ment. Then the protection strategies were proposed, which mainly consisted of land intesification, space control, regional landscape, urban-rural integration. At last, the empirical research on protection in Chengshan Town of Rongcheng City was taken for example, which provided statutory planning support to the protection of open space.
