摘　　要：分析了我国收入分配在城乡所形成的收入差距过大原因,并从分配制度、税收政策、政策导向、监督和执行措施等方面,提出了一系列针对性较强的对策,以切实缩小城乡二元结构、东中西部区位差别、行业垄断性异同、职业差别、生产要素差别等所造成的收入分配差距,实现收入分配的和谐。The causes of the larger income gap between urban and rural residents in China were analyzed, and a series of corresponding countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of assignment system, tax policy, policy guiding and supervision as well as execution, etc. , to narrow income distribution gap caused by the factors of the urban-rural dual structure, location differences among the eastern, central and western areas, profession monopolizing differences, occupational differences and different factors of production, and to realize the division of income harmony.
