摘　　要：介绍了近年来农民工工资的变动情况,分析了农民工工资的影响因素,在此基础上提出了一些政策建议。The change of wages of migrant workers in recent years was introduced, and the influencing factors for wages of migrant workers were analyzed, based on this, some policies and suggestions were proposed.
