摘  要:[目的]研究影响网状滚筒式籽棉残膜分离机的因素对实现残膜与籽棉的分离效果的影响。[方法]以残膜分离率和籽棉带出比为响应指标,选取大、小网状滚筒转速,斜筒入口风速等为影响因素,对网状滚筒式籽棉残膜分离机进行了单因素试验。[结果]小网状滚筒转速、斜桶入口风速、斜桶角度对响应指标影响P<0.01,影响均显著;大网状滚筒转速、滚筒夹角对籽棉带出比影响P<0.01,影响显著。[结论]选取的影响因素均对网状滚筒式籽棉残膜分离机的2个响应指标有影响。[ Objective ] The aim was to study the relationship between influence factors and Separation effect of unginned cotton and film remnant. [ Method] With the dragout ratio of unginned cotton, separate ratio of film remnant as response indicators, rotation speed of small and big mesh-roller, inlet wind speed of slop channel as influence factors, the single factor experiment was designed. [ Result ] The results showed that the rotation speed of small mesh-roller,inlet wind speed of slop channel and angle of slop channel influenced response indices significantly(P 〈 O. O1 ) ; rotation speed of big mesh-roller, included angle of mesh-roller influenced dragout ratio of unginned cotton significantly( P 〈 O. O1 ). [ Conclusion] The selected factors had effects on two response indicators of mesh roller-type unginned cotton film remnant Separator.
