摘　　要：以农业高等院校毕业生就业问题为视角,阐述了目前我国农业高等院校学生的就业现状,分析了我国农业高等院校学生就业存在的问题,从国家、社会、高校、学生个人层面分析了我国农业高等院校毕业生就业问题的原因,并提出了相应的政策性建议,以期为解决农业高等院校毕业生就业问题提供思路和参考依据。From the perspective of employment of graduates from agricultural colleges and universities, the employment situation were clarified at present, and the problems in employment of graduates were analyzed, furthermore, the causes of employment problems for graduates from agricultural colleges and universities were analyzed from the aspects of state, society, universities and students. Finally, the corresponding policies suggestions were put forward to provide thoughts and references for employment problems of graduates from agricultural colleges and universities.
