摘　　要：目的：研究AO锁骨钩钢板在急诊骨科创伤中应用的效果.方法：选取我院收治的骨科创伤患者共76例作为研究对象,分为两组：A组患者采用克氏针进行内固定,B组采用AO锁骨钩钢板进行内固定.结果：B组的优良率为93.6%,明显高于A组的75.8%,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.B组均无出现伤口感染和骨折处不愈合的情况;A组有2例出现伤口感染,并且有1例在手术后的跟踪发现有克氏针的松动固定失败进行二次手术.结论：在急诊骨科创伤上中使用AO锁骨钩钢板内固定法,得到的临床效果较好.Objective：To study AO clavicular hook plate orthopedic trauma in the emergency application of the results. Methods：Our hospital treated 76 patients with orthopedic trauma cases as the object of study, divided into two groups. Results：B group excellent was 93.6 %, significantly higher than 75.8 % in group A, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0, 01）. Group B, no wound infection and healing of the fracture is not the case; A group 2 patients had wound infection and 1 patient has a second surgery. Conclusions：Orthopaedic trauma in the emergency use on AO clavicular hook plate fixation, better clinical results obtained.
