红黄壤地区农业区域治理与发展的几个问题

摘　　要：红黄壤地区是我国最重要的农区之一，其资源经济区位优势明显，同时资源环境问题也很突出。面对新世纪新形势新要求，必须树立市场经济、持续发展、资源转换、产业发展等新观念，理清区域治理研究中技术、模式和理论发展三个层次的关系，主攻区域重点，才能促进农业区域治理和发展再上台阶。Red and Yellow Soil Region is one of most important agricultural regions in China,in which there are evident resource,economic and location advantages and conspicuous resource and environment problems.Face to new situations and demands of the coming century,it is very important to renew concepts,put hierarchies in order and stress highlights.New concepts such as market economics,sustainable development,resource transformation and industrial development should be established.Relations among three hierarchies such as technological,models and theoretical development in regional harness research must be put in order.Main regional questions must be taken precedence to deal with.Only by doing like those can regional agricultural harness and development get remarkable achievements.
