糖尿病合并尿毒症和糖尿病足患者伤口1例护理

摘　　要：糖尿病足是与下肢远端神经病变和血管病变相关的足部感染、溃疡和(或)深层组织破坏的一种病变,是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因。本研究通过1例糖尿病足合并尿毒症、Ⅲ度足溃疡伴感染患者,伤口的处理,使用蚕食法清创后藻酸盐伤口填塞的方法与银离子敷料局部换药方法,第12周时伤口转为Ⅱ度,面积缩小65%,第18周时伤口Ⅱ期愈合。糖尿病患者伴有尿毒症时全身营养状况差,从而严重阻碍伤口愈合,也为糖尿病足的愈合加大了难度,多种换药方法相结合,能良好的促进伤口愈合。Diabetic foot was foot infect,ulcer and deep tissue destroy with lower extremities neuropathy and angiopathy .it is a main reason of diabetic patient with display or die. This article told of diabetic foot patient of uremia, m ulcer with infect. Wound heal： a little by a little remove dead tissue,alginate and ionic silver dressing filling wound. The 12th week, wound becamed Ⅱ ulcer,erea diminished 65%,the 18th week wound 2 ade.Diabetic patient with uremia was bad nutritional status, it was not benefit wound heal, so more difficult to do it,hut many founds that at the same were used to advance wound heal.
