摘　　要：采用溶胶－ 凝胶法制备了Ｔｉ３３ Ｒｕ３３ Ｃｏ３３ 尖晶石型钛阳极，并对涂层运用ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ、ＳＥＭ 等手段进行了测试，研究结果表明：涂层为尖晶石结构，形貌呈块状；钛阳极涂层烧结温度为３２０ ℃，涂层晶粒小于１０ ｎｍ 。The Ti 33 Ru 33 Co 33 /Ti anode with spinel structure was prepared by sol-gel method and its coating was studied by DTA,XRD,TEM and SEM techniques.Experiment results show that the coating is a solid solution with spinel structure and massive morphology,and its particle size is less than 10 nm when the annealing temperature is 320 ℃.
