摘　　要：对贵州铜仁地区中药材在药膳行业中的利用现状进行调研,从该区300多种中药材资源中筛选出10种资源丰富并可以作为药膳使用的中药材,并对其相关药膳的制作、功效等进行了介绍。The application status of Chinese herbal medicines in the medicated industry was investigated,10 kinds of rich herbal medicines which could be used in medicated diet were filtered from 300 species of Chinese herbal medicine resources in Tongren region,and the production and efficacy of their related medicated diet were introduced.
