摘　　要：综述了盐碱地土壤微生物研究进展,主要包括盐碱地土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性及其分布,盐胁迫和植被对土壤微生物、土壤酶活性的影响,盐碱地土壤微生物多样性及土壤微生物生物量,讨论了耐盐碱土壤微生物的分离及其资源利用,并对今后盐碱地微生物的深入研究进行了展望。The paper reviews the research on the microbe in saline-alkali soil,mainly including the microbial quantity of saline-alkali soil,soil enzyme activity and distribution,effect of salt stress and vegetation on soil microbe and soil enzyme activity,as well as the microbial diversity and biomass of saline-alkali soil,then it discusses the separation and resourceful utilization of microbe in saline-alkali resistant soil,and at last forecasts the further study of the microbe in saline-alkali soil.
