抑制素基因免疫京白鸡后在心脏组织中的表达

摘　　要：[目的]探讨基因免疫的安全性。[方法]抑制素基因免疫京白鸡后,取其心脏组织制备石蜡切片,再利用免疫组化方法检测心脏组织切片中是否有抑制素基因残留(即是否有阳性点的存在)。[结果]在心脏组织切片中,试验组和对照组均无阳性点。[结论]抑制素免疫后京白鸡的心脏组织中无外源抑制素表达,说明抑制素基因免疫是安全的。[Objective]The research aimed to study the safety of gene immunization.[Method]The heart tissue of Jingbai Chicken immunized with inhibin gene was picked to prepare the paraffin sections.The immunohitochemical method was used to detect whether the residue of inhibin in the heart sections（whether positive points or not）.[Result]There were not any positive ponts in the heart tissues from both the experimental and control groups.[Conclusion]No foreign inhibin was expressed in the heart tissues of Jingbai Chicken,which indicated that the immunization of inhibin gene was safe.
