摘 要:[目的]研究饲料用苦荞麦秸秆的主要成分。[方法]以苦荞麦秸秆为原料,测定其糖分、脂肪和粗蛋白的含量。[结果]苦荞麦秸秆还原糖、水溶性总糖和淀粉的变化规律为:主茎秆的含量大于分枝茎秆的含量;粗脂肪含量为1.14%,比一般谷物秸秆高0.1%,粗蛋白含量为3.14%,比一般谷物秸秆高0.31%。[结论]苦荞麦秸秆是较好的饲料来源之一。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the main components of buckwheat stalk for feed. [ Method ] With buckwheat stalk as materials, the contents of sugar, fat and crude protein were determined. [ Result]The change roles of reducing sugar, water-soluble total sugar and starch in buckwheat stalk were as follows: the content in the main stalk than that in branching stalk. The content of crude fat was 1.14%, higher 0.1% than that in common grain stalk. The content of crude protein was 3.14%, higher 0. 31% than that in common grain stalk. [ Cbnclusion] Buckwheat stalk was one of the better feed sources.
