摘　　要：迈克尔.波特的"钻石模型"揭示了产业集群竞争力的关键要素。本文在深入调研的基础上,运用"钻石模型"体系的框架,对影响蒙自石榴产业集群竞争力的6种因素进行实证分析,探索其产业化发展的新途径,为制定蒙自石榴产业集群战略提供参考。Michael Porter＇s Diamond Model revealed the key elements of industry cluster competitiveness.In this article,＂diamond model＂ based on in-depth research was used to analyze six affecting factors of pomegranate industry cluster competitiveness in Mengzi and to explore some new ways of the industrialization of pomegranate in Mengzi.And certain references were proposed for formulating the strategy of industrial cluster of pomegranate in Mengzi.
