摘　　要：从流域水环境污染概况及特点入手,分析了流域水污染与城市水环境的相互关系,指出了城市水环境是流域水污染产生的决定因素,从而探讨了如何从城市水环境的规划建设方面缓解城市周边流域水环境污染。Based on the population situation and pollution characteristics of water envirornent for river basin, we analyzed the relationship between the water population and urban water environment and pointed Out that the urban water environment was the decisive factor of river basin water population. Consequently, we investigated how to alleviate the river basin water population by planing and construction of urban water environment.
