5.5%喹·溴乳油对棉铃虫联合毒力测定及田间药效试验

摘　　要：室内联合毒力测定结果表明 ,5 5 %喹·溴乳油对二龄棉铃虫有显著的增效作用 ,其共毒系数为 339 98。田间试验表明 ,喹·溴乳油对第三代棉铃虫有较好的防治效果 ,6 0 0～ 75 0ml/hm2处理药后 1、3、7天的防效达 78 91%～ 89 89% ;药后 7天的保蕾铃效果达 79 77%～ 86 5 1%。The results of joint toxicological test showed that 5.5%quinalphos-deltamethrin EC had remarkable synergistic effect on the 2nd instar of cotton bolloworm in door,and its synergistic coefficient was 339.98.Quinalphos-deltamethrin EC gave better control effect against the 3th generation cotton bolloworm in cotton field.The control effect was 78.91%～89.89% at the rate of 600～750ml/ha during1,3,7 day after treament ,and the effect on protection the cotton buds and bolls was 79.77%～86.51% during 7 day after treatment.
