摘  要:针对菏泽发电厂330 MW机组凝结水泵改变频后仍然存在凝结水压力高的问题,提出了开启除氧器水位调节旁路阀和汽动泵密封水旁路阀等措施,并研究了设备运行的可靠性。实践证明,这一方案是可行的,进一步降低了凝结水压力,减少了凝结水泵耗电量,获得了较好的安全性和经济效益。Some measures have been put forward such as opening the control valve of deaerator level and bypass valve of sealing water and also the operational safety of the equipment has been studied against the problem of high pressure of the condensate even after frequency conversion of the condensate pump in 330 MW power unit in Heze Power Plant.The practice proves that the scheme is feasible,which has further reduced the condensate pressure,decreased the power consumption of condensate and resulted in better benefits of both safety and economy.
