会阴正中切开、皮内包埋缝合术的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的引进会阴正中切开,皮内包埋缝合术,以推广应用。方法选择2008年12月至2010年12月期间住院分娩的初产妇200例,随机分成2组,100例作为观察组,采用会阴正中切开、皮内包埋缝合术;100例作为对照组,采用侧斜45°会阴切开,皮内包埋缝合术。结果观察组在切口疼痛程度、会阴水肿、切口出血量、切口愈合时间,住院天数,母乳喂养等方面均优于对照组。结论会阴正中切开、皮内包埋缝合术疼痛明显减轻,会阴水肿少,出血量减少,切口痊愈快,住院天数缩短,母乳喂养成功率高,有较好的社会效益和经济效益。Objective To introduce andpromote the use of the middleperineal incision and suture em- bedded within the skin. Methods 200 primiparas who were in hospital to delivery during December 2008 to December 2010 were chosen andrandomly divided into 2 groups. 100 peoples with middle perineal incision and- suture embedded within the skin, as the observation group, another 100 peopleusing perineal lateral incision by 45 degree, suture embedded within the skin, as a control group. Results Observation group is better than the control group in the incision pain, perineal edema, wound bleeding, wound recover,length of hospital stay and breastfeeding. Conclusion The middle perineal incision andsuture embedded within the skin has better social and economic benefits, it significantlyease the pain andperlneal edema, reduce the amount of bleeding, speed up wound heal, cut down on the length ofhospital stay, and increasebreastfeeding rate.
