佳苏仑在无痛内镜术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察佳苏仑用于无痛内镜检查中的应用效果。方法随机双盲抽取接受无痛肠镜及无痛胃镜检查患者120例,分为异丙酚组(I组)和佳苏仑组(Ⅱ组),每组60例,I组麻醉时缓慢静脉注射异丙酚,Ⅱ组加用佳苏仑。观察两组的麻醉效果及对呼吸循环的抑制程度。结果两组的麻醉效果无明显差异(P>0.05),但Ⅱ组对呼吸的抑制程度明显低于I组(P<0.01)。结论在静脉注射异丙酚进行的无痛内镜诊疗中,联合使用佳苏仑能有效减少呼吸抑制作用,提高患者无痛内镜检查的安全性,同时不影响麻醉效果。Objective To observe the application effect of Doxagram in painless endoscopy.Methods Randomly and double-blindly selected 120 patients accepting painless colonoscopy and painless endoscopy,and divided them into propofol group（Group I） and Doxagram group（Group II）,60 cases in each.Group I was given slow intravenous injection of propofol during anesthesia,while Group II was given Doxagram as a plus.The two groups＇ anesthetic effect and inhibition of respiratory cycle were observed.Results The anesthetic effect of the two groups showed no significant difference（P 0.05）,but the respiratory inhibition in Group II was significantly lower than Group I（P0.01）.Conclusion In painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment with intravenous injection of propofol,the combined use of Daxagram can effectively reduce respiratory inhibition and improve safety of patients in painless endoscopy,without affecting the anesthetic effect.
