摘  要:针对350 MW国产超临界机组冲转时锅炉侧汽温偏高、压力偏低、与汽轮机参数不匹配的问题,结合机组结构特点和运行控制进行深入分析,从燃烧优化、燃烧器调整、给水流量控制、高低旁控制、减温水系统调整与改造、运行管理等方面提出一系列措施,取得了良好的效果。A 350MW unit supercritical unit encountered the problem of higher temperature and lower pressure of main steam on boiler side during turbine speed-up, which do not fit in with the required parameters during turbine speed-up. In order to solve the problem, a depth analysis was made combining with boiler structural characteristics and operational control. Many method were used such as burning optimization, burner adjustment, feedwater flow control, high and low by-pass control, desuperheater spray system adjustment and reforming, operation management. It bring better effect.
