摘　　要：三、四等水准测量外业数据采集软件,采用了基于Windows CE平台的掌上电脑,辅以嵌入式开发软件编程,记录方式灵活,界面清晰,解决了传统数据采集方法的许多局限性;内业处理软件可直接根据记录文件生成通用平差格式文件和传统记录表格,真正实现了三、四等水准测量的内外业一体化.The third and fourth levels of Surveying Data Collection Software were developped by using the Pocket PC which was based on the platform of WINDOWS CE and supplement with embeded development software program.The record is flexible and the interface is clear.The developped system solves many problems such as the limitations of traditional data collection methods.The internal processing software can be generated directly by the traditional universal adjustment formats from the log file.The developped system achieved the integration of internal and external operations of the third and fourth levels successfully.
