摘　　要：本文以SCO金融合作平台机制之成效为基础,分析其深化的必要性和可行性,并借鉴区域金融合作的国际经验,判断其进一步发展的约束条件,探寻其全方位拓展的突破方向。文章指出,除了设立SCO联合开发银行、实施成员国间的货币互换、加强主权财富基金的合作、深化区域性贸易结算支付体系、鼓励银行"走出去"之外,还可以从能源金融合作、融资租赁合作、供应链金融合作等方面尝试突破。Based on the efficiency of SOC financial cooperation platform mechanism, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of deepening this mechanism. Learning from the international experience of regional financial cooperation, we find the constraint conditions of its further development and also ex- plore the breakthrough direction of its all-round development. Besides establishing SCO joint-developed banks, implementing currency swap among members, strengthening the cooperation of sovereign wealth funds, deepening regional trade settlement and payment system, and encouraging banks and financial organizations going abroad, there are still other ways to go, for example energy financial cooperation, financial leasing collaboration, and supply chain financial cooperation.
