摘　　要：简述了自动转换开关(ASTE)的基本应用及其常见的故障。重点介绍了一种新型的CATSN系列ASTE的结构、特点及其应用。利用无负载转换开关技术,CATSN系列ASTE解决了触头氧化及其保护问题,具有维护简便、寿命长、转换安全、可靠的优点,而且安全、经济。The basic application and the common faults of automatic transfer switch equipment （ATSE） were described, The structure, characteristics, application of a new CATSN series ATSE were introduced. The technolo- gy of non-loaded switch is used to solve the problems of the oxidation and the protection for contactor, which has the advantage of convenient maintenance, long life, and the safe and reliable transfer, and it is safety and economical.
