摘　　要：通过对最新发布的关于低压电涌保护器测试标准IEC 61643-11:2011与该标准2005年版本中的条款内容进行比较,分析了新版标准中出现变化的重要内容及原因,可帮助电涌保护器制造厂、检测机构和用户等快速了解新版标准中的变化,掌握新版标准中提出的性能要求和测试方法。The newly-published IEC standards, IEC 61643-11：2011 was compared with the old version stand- ard IEC 61643-1：2005. The significant changes in the content and the corresponding cause were analyzed. The surge protective device（SPD） manufacturers, SPD testing laboratories and SPD users could learn the changes in the new standard and grasp new requirements and test methods quickly.
