摘　　要：规则是高校正常运转和持续和谐发展的重要组成部分,也是学生管理法治化实现的重要元素。高校辅导员的规则意识直接影响到学生管理法治化的实现。文章进一步厘清了规则及规则意识的定义和范围,提出从规则认知、规则观念、规则信仰3个层次入手提高辅导员的规则意识,实现高校学生管理的"规则之治"。Governance of Rules is an important approach for legalization of student management.The extent of rule consciousness of college counselors has key impact on the implementation of legalization of student management in the context of college student management,this paper analyzed rules and rule consciousness.Furthermore,this paper demonstrated the importance of cultivation on rule consciousness of college counselors in light of legalization of student management.Finally,this paper proposed cultivation on rule consciousness of college counselors in three levels,i.e.,recognition of rules,conceptualization of rules and the faith in rules.
