摘　　要：我国商事登记法在工商管理法律体系和民事主体法律体系中都占有重要地位,并且分别体现出不同的公法属性和私法属性。基于历史传统和社会现实的因素,强势公法色彩的退却是一个长期的过程,需要慎重对待这两种不同地位及属性的协调。Business registration Law has an important role in business administration law and civil law legal system,respectively reflecting the different natures of public and private law.Due to historical traditions and factors of social realities,the fade-away of its strong nature of public law will be a long process.Therefore,we should carefully handle the coordination of the two different status and natures.
