摘　　要：阐述选择12kV、40.5kV开关设备的绝缘水平时,不仅要考虑所处电力系统最高运行电压,而且还要考虑工频耐压和雷电冲击耐压,其水平还与当地电力系统接地形式有关。强调选择外国中压设备时要与中国当地实际情况相结合。The article presents that 12kV, 40.5kV switch's insu-lation level is dependent on the highest operated voltage, power-fre-quency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage, as well as the earthed type of power system. It emphasises that over-seas medium voltage equipments must integrate with local situation.
