摘　　要：针对国内中小型变电所存在的时常发生带负荷误操作倒间或有故障而不能及时准确操作倒闸等问题，从安全、可靠、及时准确而又经济的角度出发，提出了采用新型电擦写单片机ＡＴ８９Ｃ５１为核心的具有语音提示功能的倒闸自动操作控制系统方案，并且给出一个具有四个主要用户的小型终端变电所的倒闭自动操作控制器原理框图、关键部分电路及程序流程图等。To counter the questions of mis-operation of power-switch with load or not taking off power-switch on time for middle and small domestic transformer substations, we give a project taking AT89C51 microcomputer of electric read-write as the core power-switch auto-operation control system with voice function, and present the operating principle key part circuits and program flow charts of a small terminal transformer substation with 4 main users. We take into consideration safety, reliability, accuracy, instantaneity and economy.
