摘　　要：采用将形状记忆合金材料过热发生形状突变和正温度系数材料自动恒温的特性相结合的原理 ,研制了一种新型自复式保护器件。该保护器件具有可重复使用 ,导通电阻值低 ,限流动作速度快 ,耐击穿电压较高等特点。A new type of resettable over current protectors has been developed by taking advantages of the favorable properties of shape memory alloy and positive temperature coefficient materials.The operating principle and the strengths of the protector,such as no requirement of manual resetting or replacement,low delivered resistance,fast trip,high breakdown voltage,and easy fabrication,were discussed.
