摘　　要：液压泥炮是高炉的关键设备，液压泥炮发生故障造成高炉慢风、休风成为制约高炉生产的瓶颈，文章分析液压泥炮不同故障产生的原因并制定相应解决方案，从而有效地保证液压炮稳定运行，保证了高炉的正常生产。Hydraulic clay gun is the key equipment of blast furnace, The phenomenon that reducing-wind and shut-down caused by hydraulic clay gun fault is becoming the bottle neck of blast furnace production, the paper analyses the different faults of hydraulic clay gun, and makes out the correspondent measures, the steady operation of hydraulic clay gun was guaranteed efficiently, and the regular production of blast furnace was guaranteed.
