摘　　要：针对三钢棒材厂冷床输入设备在生产过程中故障高的问题，本文就其乱钢故障产生的原因及设备本身的缺陷进行了技术分析，并作出了相应的技术改造。实践证明：改造后降低了冷床乱钢的故障率、充分提高生产率。For high fault rate of the cooling machine input device in the production of Bar Steel Rolling Sansteel , this is to analyze The reason of diagnosis and the design limitation in the equipment itself, and puts forward the corresponding reconstruct project, Practice has proved that the transformation reduced the failure of cooling machines and fully enhanced the production efficiency.
