摘　　要：本文描述了棒线材主轧区模拟轧制功能的实现方法，介绍了应用离线模拟轧制功能进行系统程序测试，以及应用在线模拟轧功能进行现场全系统运行情况校验的方法。通过该功能的应用，有效提高控制系统现场调试进度，提高作业率和成材率。In this article the development of the function of ghost billet is described. The method of testing software using offline ghost billet function, and that of verifying the whole mill system using online ghost billet function are introduced. Due to the application of this function, the progress of commissioning on side will be sped up, and the availability and yield ratio of the mill will be improved.
