膨体弹力真丝的聚集态结构研究

摘　　要：本文测定了膨体弹力真丝纤维的结晶度与取向度，着重研究了膨体弹力真丝与普通真丝的聚集态结构差异及其对丝纤维力学性能的影响，指出膨体弹力真丝的结晶度和取向度都比普通真丝纤维低，膨炸弹力真丝的力学性能与它本身的结构有关，也与膨体弹力真丝加工工艺有关。By means of the x-ray diffraction analysis,density gradient and double refraction methods,measurement of the crystallinity and orientation of bulk streched silk yarns (BSSY)have been reported in this paper. The research focuses on the difference between polymeric structures of BSSY and that of ordinary silk yarns and the effection of BSSY on fibre mechanical properties. The results of this research show that the crystallinity and orientation of BSSY is lower than that of ordinary silk yarns,and that the mechanical properties are related to yarns structure and processing technology as well.
