摘  要:民办高校家族化管理现象由来已久。在我国民办高校相继进入权力交接更替时期,这种现象更加引人关注,持否定观点者居多。辩证地看,民办高校家族化管理与家族化民办高校是两个不同的概念,也不是一种落后、封闭的管理模式,其之所以在完全意义的家族化民办高校极少的中国出现,是由家庭化管理的本质属性及目前我国民办高校所处的发展阶段决定的。从长远来看,民办高校家族化管理模式将会吸纳现代大学制度的精髓,朝着专业化管理目标迈进。Family-style management in non-governmental instilutions of higher learning has a long history in China. As many of these institutions have entered into the period of management handover, this phenomenon has become more interesting, though most scholars are having negative views. However, it differs from the notion of family-run non-governmental institutions of higher learning, and doesn't represent a trailed or isolated management style. The phenomena emerged in China where very few familyrun non-governmental institutions of higher learning exist is due to the nature of family-style management and China's current development stage of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. In the long run, the management model will adjust according Io the modern university system and move towards professional management styles.
