摘　　要：当前西南少数民族法制史的研究形成"描述性"法史学和"解释性"法史学两种进路,应当在此基础上把坚持历史学本位与历史人类学方法的运用两者有机结合,以拓展其研究领域和深化分析。Presently the law history studies of minority nationalities in Southwest China falls into the two approaches of description and interpretation.On the basis of their studies we should insist on the historical research stand and apply the methodology of historical anthropology so that the studying field can be widened and analysis can go deeper.
