摘　　要：介绍了湘钢工农闸总排水处理与回用工程主体工艺:调节池-混合池-澄清池-V型滤池-接触消毒池-清水池,总结了运行问题及解决方法。实践表明,出水水质指标达到设计要求,中水回用率达82%以上。The main treatment and recycling process of metallurgical wastewater discharged from Xianggang were in detail described,namely,wastewater adjusting pool,flocculating pool,mixing pool,clarifying pool,V-type filtrating pool and disinfecting pool.The methods of trouble-shooting in the running of the equipment were summarized.Practice makes known,the quality of the treated wastewater could well meet the target of its engineering design,and the recycling efficiency of the treated wastewater was over 82%.
