摘　　要：为了建立电力系统稳定器(PSS)测试系统,在实验室内实现对PSS性能的测试。阐述了电力系统低频振荡的概念以及PSS的数学模型和基本原理,介绍了VB调用Matlab程序的基本方法,着重讲述了ActiveX方法。在此基础上,在VB制作测试系统界面利用Matlab建立单机无穷大系统,采用将仿真过程分步完成的方法实现了VB与Matlab的实时数据交换。对测试系统进行了实验,结果表明:该测试系统界面友好、性能稳定,可以测试PSS的性能。该系统还可应用于PSS参数整定等领域,具有较高的实用价值。In order to build power system stabilizer testing system,the performances of PSS are tested in the laboratory.First of all,the concept of power system to low frequency oscillations,the mathematical models of PSS and fundamentals are elaborated.The process of how VB call MATLAB files is detailed,especially the ActiveX method,on this basis,using VB to produce the interface of testing system.MATLAB is used to establish a one-machine infinite system,meanwhile,the simulation use the process step by step to complete the approach of exchanging VB and Matlab real-time data.Finally,this testing system is experimented,results show that：the testing system has friendly interface,stable property,can test the performance of PSS system.This system also can be used in the region of testing the reasonableness of the given PSS parameters,and has high practical value.
