摘 要:本研究首先系统调查了制革工业以及生产中产生污染物质最多、危害最大的几个工序——毁毛膨胀、复灰、铬鞣的废水治理现状,它们主要采用综合废水的终端处理及主要污染废水的单独处理。据此,提出了采用三股主要废水循环利用工艺以及前后工艺经优化组合后的整个清洁化制工艺,在生产中尽量减少或消除污染物的排放,充分利用作为废物排放的不可再生资源,体现制革生产的“原子经济性”。本研究形成的一套清洁化制革工艺技术,投资少,效果显著。Cleaning Technology is studied in this paper. Firstlv, we investigate the state of waste water treatmenl in leather industry and the processes that produce most poisonous wastes, they are liming, reliming and chrome tanning. Nowadays, the main way to comtrol the wastes is terminal treatmenl, or treating main sources of pollution especially. But these methods require a great deal of investments, high processing fee and their energy, exhaustion isn' t so effective. Then we put forward recycling of the three main waste water simultaneously and optimizing the whole technology. The technology is efficient reducing the pollution and emission of waste water in leather making, and the'Atomic Econony'is pursued as much as possible, Furthermore, its low investment and high efficiency are attractive.
