摘 要:文章采用阴离子聚合法合成了星形聚异戊二烯,采用环烷酸镍/三异丁基铝催化体系对其加氢得到了氢化度大于98%的星形氢化聚异戊二烯。将星形氢化聚异戊二烯用做黏度指数改进剂,研究了聚合物结构与分子量大小对黏度指数的影响;考察了它在基础油150N(HG)中的增稠能力和剪切稳定性,研究了聚合物结构与分子量大小对增稠能力和剪切稳定性的影响;最后对其低温性能和高温高剪切性能进行了评价。In this article,a star-shaped hydrogenated polyisoprene(Star-EP) was synthesized for use as a viscosity index improver in lubricants.Polyisoprene arms were firstly synthesized by anionic polymerization, followed by a linking reaction with divinylbenzene.The resulting polymer Star-EP with the hydrogenation degree of more than 98%was then obtained by the hydrogenation of star-shaped polyisoprene using nikel naphthenate/triisobutyl aluminum catalyst system.The effects of structures and molecule weights on viscosity index were studied,furthermore,the effects of structures and molecule weights on thickening ability and shear stability in base oil 150N(HG) were discussed.At last,the low temperature performance and high temperature high shear properties were evaluated.
