摘　　要：本文重点讨论了目前国外造纸湿部电荷测量技术的现状与今后的发展趋势 ,文中论述了造纸湿部电荷的来源、测量技术的优缺点以及未来的发展情况。This paper reviews the developing course and present state in measurements for charge in the wet end in the foreign countries. It is introduced that the origin of the charge of fiber, pigment, and chemicals aids etc. It is also introduced the methods of measurements of Zeta and colloid titration and it's application.
