摘　　要：建立有效的房产信息管理系统,是提高房产信息科学管理的保障。以某小区的房产信息为例,应用ArcGISEngine组件设计并构建小区房产信息管理系统。系统对房产信息中空间数据与属性数据进行一体化存储和管理,实现了图形、属性数据的互查,以及楼房分布图到楼房分层分户图的切换,为小区的规划管理提供科学依据。To establish an effective real estate information management system is to improve scientific management of the real estate information. The real estate information of a residential quarter as a data source, this article designs and constructs the real estate information management system using ArcGIS Engine. The system achieves these functions： the real estate information storage and management in the integration of spatial data and attribute data, graphic-attributes integrated query, and the switch from the building plan to floor and apartment-specific plan. In a word, the system provides scientific basis for the residential quarter planning and management.
