抵抗素、CRP、IL-18和白细胞与代谢综合征关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、抵抗素和外周血白细胞(WBC)与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法通过检测158例MS患者和160例一般情况匹配的非MS者的血清CRP、IL-18、抵抗素、WBC、血脂、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数等指标,比较两组人群血清CRP、IL-18、抵抗素和WBC的差异,分析其与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。结果 MS者血清CRP、IL-18、抵抗素水平高于非MS人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MS者外周血WBC水平高于非MS人群,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);回归分析结果示:血清CRP、IL-18、抵抗素和WBC都是IR的独立影响因素。结论 MS者血清CRP、IL-18水平和抵抗素高于非MS人群。提示,慢性炎症反应可能是MS的病因之一。Objective To investigate the relation of metabolic syndrome（MS） and peripheral leukocyte counts（WBC）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,resistin and interleukin 18（IL-18）.Methods The levels of WBC,CRP,resistin and IL-18 among 158 subjects with MS and 260 subjects without MS were detected.The differences of WBC,CRP,resistin and IL-18 between two groups were compared and the relationship with insulin resistance was analyzed.Results The fasting serum resistin level,IL-18 and CRP of MS group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）.The WBC of MS group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.Analytic result of regression analysis indicated that the WBC,CRP,resistin and IL-18 were independent influential factor for IR.Conclusion Our study showed that the fasting serum resistin level,IL-18 and CRP of MS were higher than subjects without MS.WBC,CRP,resistin and IL-18 were independent influential factors for IR.
