摘　　要：目的分析河南省社区卫生服务中心的中医服务情况,为制定本省社区卫生服务中心的中医卫生服务政策提供事实依据及政策建议。方法对河南省509家社区卫生服务中心进行了普查。结果中心的中医科业务用房面积占总面积的5.94%;中医设备占中心设备总值的3.56%;中医医师占中心执业医师数的32%;中医高级职称占中心高级职称人数的30.95%;中医科门诊人次数占总门诊人次数的13.13%;中医专家门诊人次数占中医科门诊人次数的26.75%;中医医疗收入占总医疗收入的9.86%;中药收入占药品总收入的21.54%。结论需要完善提高中心中医服务能力的相关政策,改善中医科硬件,推广运用多种适宜中医技术和疗法,以充分发挥中医在保健康复、疾病预防控制、医疗服务中的作用。Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） applied in the community health service center（CHSC） of He＇nan Province,and to provide the evidence-based policy recommendations.Methods Totally 509 CHSCs were surveyed in He＇nan Province.Results The rate of the premise area of TCM department in the CHSC was 5.94%;the rate of TCM equipment value in total equipment value was 3.56%;the rate of the TCM physicians in the CHSC physicians was 32%;the rate of the TCM physicians with senior professional title in the CHSC physicians with senior professional title was 30.95%;the rate of visits of TCM department in the total CHSC visits was 13.13%,and the rate of visit of TCM experts in TCM department in the CHSC was 26.75%;the income of TCM outpatient in the income of the CHSC outpatient was 9.86%;and the income of TCM in the CHSC drug was 21.54%.Conclusion There was a need to improve the management policy in promoting the ability of CHSC in TCM service supply,to add the TCM facilities and equipment for the CHSC,and to spread the varieties of TCM treatments and techniques in order to make the TCM play a full role in the care,rehabilitation,prevention,control and medical treatment of the Diseases.
