摘  要:目的了解重庆主城区和渝东北某区社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状,比较两地人力资源配置的差异,提出优化渝东北该区社区卫生服务人力资源配置的建议。方法采用自填式问卷方式对重庆主城区和渝东北某区共16个社区卫生服务中心人力资源配置现状进行普查。结果每个社区卫生服务中心平均拥有的卫生技术人员数、临床(助理)医师数、公卫(助理)医师数、护士数等方面,渝东北该区均低于重庆主城区;两地社区卫生服务中心人力资源性别构成的地区间差异无统计学意义,年龄构成、学历构成、职称构成的地区间差异有统计学意义。结论渝东北该区社区卫生服务中心人力配备总量不及重庆主城区,年龄分布不如重庆主城区合理,社区卫生服务人员素质低于重庆主城区,应加强渝东北该区社区人才队伍建设,促进社区卫生服务的可持续发展。Objective To know the present situation and difference of human resources in the CHS center between the Downtown Area and a District of Northeast Chongqing for providing a scientific way to deploy human recourses reasonably.Methods The current situation of human recourses in 16 CHS Centers in the two Areas was investigated by adopting self-administered.Results In the number of medical technical personnel and the clinician(Assistant) and public health physician(Assistant) and nurse,the district of Northeast Chongqing were lower than those of the Downtown Area of Chongqing.Gender composition had no significant difference but age composition and degree composition and profession composition had significant difference.Conclusion The total amount of human resources,the age distribution and the quality of personnel in the District of Northeast Chongqing were not reasonable than those of the Downtown Area.It was suggested to enhance construction of staff in CHS and prompt development of community health services.
