53例非亲缘外周血造血干细胞捐献者健康调查

摘　　要：目的对非亲缘造血干细胞捐献者心理和身体健康状况进行分析与研究。方法应用自编调查问卷、贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)和焦虑自评量表(SAS),对广州军区广州总医院53例来自中华骨髓库的非亲缘造血干细胞捐献者分别在捐献中、完成捐献后6个月进行心理与身体健康调查分析。结果捐献者以男性、本科学历居多,所有捐献者自愿捐献造血干细胞,采集过程中低钙反应多见,未见严重不良反应,采集中及采集后均无抑郁、焦虑状态,但采集中焦虑分值显著高于国内常模(P<0.05),而采集完成后焦虑分值有所下降,较国内常模差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),捐献后半年未见动员采集相关并发症。结论具有较高学历的捐献者对外周血造血干细胞捐献充分了解,所有供者动员及采集干细胞过程安全,严重不良事件发生率极低,干细胞捐献对供者心理无明显影响。Objective To investigate the status of mental and body healthy of non-relative peripheral blood stem cell donors.Methods Fifty three non-relative peripheral blood stem cell donors from China Marrow Donor Program were investigated with self-survey questionnaire,Beck Depression Inventory（BDI） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） in the collection and 6 months after donation.Results The majority of donors were male and graduates,all donors were voluntary,there were no other severe adverse events except calcium deficiency,there were no depression and anxiety status in and after stem cell collection,but anxiety scale were significantly higher than Chinese norm of SAS（P0.05） in stem cell collection and recovered after collection（P0.05）,there were no complications related to donation after 6 months.Conclusion Well-educated donors were well known about stem cell donation,the process of donation was safe,severe adverse events were rare;there were no influence to the mental and body healthy of non-relative peripheral blood stem cell donors in donation.
